Motors & controls
How do I choose the right motor?
Motor selection depends on the shade weight, dimensions, tube and application. Send those details to Tri-Power for a model recommendation; a torque rating alone does not establish the finished shade’s capacity.
What is the difference between interior and exterior motors?
The range includes interior motors and exterior AC motors. Power requirements and installation instructions differ by model. Exterior AC motors cannot be connected to the Smart Power Hub.
Will any remote or wall controller work with my motor?
Use a controller that is compatible with the specific motor. The current range includes RF remotes and keypads; confirm the model and required number of channels when selecting controls.
How do I confirm a crown and drive fit?
Review the tube profile and the crown and drive together. Use the Crown & Drive page to identify a profile and submit the drawings or measurements needed for a fit review. A listed profile does not replace a physical fit check for your tube.
Power & charging
What is in the Smart Power Kit?
The Smart Power Kit combines the Smart Power Hub with its 65W power supply. Motor cables and installation components must be selected for your layout.
Are Smart Power cables and charging cables the same?
They serve different purposes. Smart Power motor cables connect compatible motors to the power bus and are offered in 6-foot and 12-foot lengths. A battery charging cable does not substitute for the specified Smart Power motor cable.
How do I charge a battery motor?
Follow the charging instructions for your motor model. The charging range includes a 5V/2A USB charger kit, charging cables and magnetic tips. Confirm the connector and components you need before ordering.

What is the partner workspace?
It is the private account area for approved dealers. Use it to see your available products and account pricing, save a cart, submit an order request and review saved order details.
How do I open a dealer account?
Submit the account application with your business and contact details. Dealer access requires email verification, account approval and password activation; submitting the form alone does not create approved ordering access.
Where can I see pricing and case quantities?
Approved pricing is shown inside your dealer account. Case quantities and ordering multiples depend on the product and its approved packaging. The cart identifies individual units and case units so you can check the total quantity before submitting.
Does checkout take an online payment?
No. Checkout submits an order request. Tri-Power confirms the final pricing, freight and applicable charges before invoicing. Submission is not payment, credit approval or authorization to ship.
How are shipping and financial approval handled?
Provide the delivery address with your order request. Tri-Power will confirm shipping arrangements and freight in the final quote. The order requires separate credit approval and financial release through collected payment or approved terms before fulfillment.

Where are the programming and installation instructions?
The technical library includes model information and programming videos. Match the motor and controller to the correct instructions before pairing, setting limits or changing settings.
How do I request product support or service?
Send your motor or accessory model, a description of the issue and the order reference if available. For warranty or return questions, request the applicable terms and instructions before returning a product.
What happens to the information I submit?
Account applications, inquiries and order requests are saved for staff review and the requested business follow-up. Account pricing and orders are available through authenticated access. Read the privacy information before submitting personal details.
