Start with the actual tube
Compare actual tube photos or source drawings and their dimensions, then choose a motor family for your quote. Includes 13 catalog profiles plus the separate 2.5-inch development tube.
The original tube samples were supplied by ZMC. “Rollease-style” and “Louvolite-style” describe profiles. St. Tropez system sizes are identified separately from nominal tube sizes. Dimensions retain the source sheet’s units.

What to include
The tube’s inner profile
A dimensioned drawing with wall thickness, ribs / keys and units clearly marked.
A labeled cut tube
Identify the profile and its source. Confirm the sample length and shipping address with Tri-Power before sending.
The actual motor model
The crown seat, drive socket and retention hardware must match the motor.
A physical fit check
Fit and finish need approval with the actual parts. A render alone cannot establish compatibility.

Request samples and quotes here. A reviewed design, physical fit approval and a confirmed quote are required before production release.
Source CAD and renders do not prove fit. Physical motor, tube, fit and finish checks are required before production approval. Actual CAD is available for 22 pairs: 21 catalog pairs plus the separate 2.5-inch trial. Four other proposed catalog combinations use the profile-reference quote route. The 10 / 20 / 50 Nm motors are outside this crown-and-drive program.
Identify the tube
Match a readable profile name, nominal size and actual motor. Any proposed profile can start with a quote request.
Review the pair
Confirm the crown and drive design, material and process. Missing pairs follow the drawing and cut-tube route.
Approve samples
Check physical fit and finish, then confirm separate retention hardware and the labeled bag in the kit BOM.
Release the kit
Approve the production quote and fulfillment release. Customer minimums and pack quantities remain to be agreed.
